More flickr-related oddness
Jun. 28th, 2007 07:13 pmAnother day, another request from a TV company to use one of my photos in a show. Odd. Same company, same health-related series, but this time they want to use my "Bruise Progress" photo. So apparently my leg's going to be on US TV.
I have no clue why they're picking on my photos. Doing a Creative Commons search for "bruise" on Flickr shows up a bruise photo of mine on the front page (if you search for "allow commercial use"), but it's a different one. And there are lots of others, some of the better, I'd've thought.
Oh well. My life is full of oddness.

Ugh. Tired
Apr. 12th, 2007 06:42 pmUrgh. Been back at work a couple of days now, but I've not been getting enough sleep. I feel horrible, and will be having an early night tonight. Also don't have much time for an update, but, just briefly:
Went to the Cotswolds with Caro. Was lovely. We did lots of stuff, including cool walks and a Roman villa and a tramp around the completely gorgeous Hidcode Manor Garden, not to mention the amazing museum of mechanical music, which was cool as a cool thing (and highly recommended to any programmers who happen to be in the area...)
There are more photos than you could shake a stick at in my last few Flickr sets :)
That's it for now; will post more once I've had some sleep and am not entirely surviving on coffee...
