Hmmm... I'm clearly too wary about copyright infringement. On the one hand, I'm thinking, great - I'd love to have more people look at my photos, on the other, I'm thinking: but on my terms...

Well, you've got a reasonable amount of control over the terms. I go for the freest CC licence, but you could make yours non-commerical and no-derivatives, so people couldn't piss around with them or make money from them. And you don't have to licence them all the same, of course.

Think is, photography is in no way a current or expected future income stream for me, so reckon I may as well let people play with what I've done :) It's quite fun seeing what they're used for -- I'd never heard of Schmap before, but they seem like quite a funky site.
