Surf Liquid Warning Label

"avoid contact with skin and eyes"? These are exactly the kind of warning you want to see on something you're going to wash your clothes in, aren't they?

I notice that my usual brand, Fairy, doesn't have to carry this warning label. Think I might just stick with that one, thanks.

Yeah. Suffice it to say I won't be trying this trial pack...

Did you try calling the careline to query why?

Tempting though it is, I'd want my call recording setup to be working first, and I haven't got the time right now :)

I use Ecover me.

Mostly due to selfish reasons (my skin flares up if I wash my clothes or bedding in biological washing liquid) and partly due to wanting to be environmentally friendly.

I don't get skin problems with anything, but I use non-bio anyway, at least. I'm thinking of switching to Ecover, I do use their washing-up liquid becuase it works and I can get the bottles refilled pretty locally. I've just never got around to it, and Fairy's been fine for me personally, so there's no selfish reason to help motivate me :)

Have you seen what biological powder can do to organic matter ? See this BBC article.
