Just a quick observation. The new Voice Chat feature in Second Life (I got slightly sucked back into it after attending the William Gibson reading on Thursday) is really cool. It's still a bit buggy here and there, but the quality's not bad, and here's the really smart feature: it's stereo, and when someone talks you can figure out which direction they're in and turn around to zero in on them. It's really well done, even if it feels a touch odd...
