Our new office phones are too loud even on the lowest volume setting, so I developed a low-tech fix. Here's cow-orker Mike using my solution.

Isn't it great when idiots are responsible for selecting/ ordering new systems and haven't got the wit to test them properly first?

Like your solution... I think you should buy a selection in different prints and colours and make a nice little sideline by selling them to your colleagues - encourage them to buy new bandanas to match their different outfits! ;o)
