Looks like you didn't have what Pete and I (and Goslings) picked up at that widows weekend then... Ours disappeared in less than 48 hours. Well the main stuff did. I still have a runny nose but I think that's down to going in and out of cold and hot so much.
I was back at work today. Although I've still got a bit of a cough I'm feeling much better. Knackered, mind, but that's probably got more to do with my sleep pattern turning completely nocturnal by the end of the week...
