Not dead yet

Just a quick note to say, yes, I'm still alive. Just dead tired. I really need to get some decent sleep tonight. Not been doing much worthy of note since the weekend, really.

Upcoming stuff: on Monday I'll be in a "freelance journalism for beginners" course, which should be interesting. And as it's in the afternoon, and I've taken the day off, I'll get myself a nice lie-in, too. Hurrah!

Dunno if it would be of help but it works for me.
Open the windows wide open in your bedroom. At some point have flown with Virgin and have kept the eye mask.
Apply eye mask and do not have the radio tuned to Radio 4 and thus the World Service (which has some really interesting programmes on at 3 am !).

Close eyes.
