"Have you had your pet microchipped?" "Where does your pet normally sleep?" "What's the earliest you'd consider applying for a pet passport?"¹ "What training issues have you had?"

For the "what sex is your pet?" question, there wasn't an option for "Erm. I think there must be a mixture, because little fish have appeared in the past, but I couldn't tell you which was which...", either.

¹Might explain all those little plastic bags they've been handing out at airports, I guess...
